W.A.L.T reflect on our class trip.
On Tuesday, my class went to Waitangi treaty grounds, in Waitangi grounds and we went all round the museum, and we saw lots of wakas and the tree they used to make the wakas. There were lots of carvings on the wakas and there were a few rude ones.
I learnt a lot about the wakas because of the carvings and and what they were used for.
I found the tree facts very interesting because I have never heard about that tip of tree before.
Have you been to Waitangi before?
Ni hao Regan,
ReplyDeleteThat’s great that you got to that Waitangi Treaty Museum.
I think those carvings are just part of their culture.
What was your favourite part about the trip?
